Terms of service

This is a placeholder terms-of-service document. Bettertime will replace it with a full, attorney-reviewed agreement before any production launch.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bettertime to send unlawful communications, attempt to access another salon's data, or reverse-engineer the service to circumvent rate limits or auth controls.

Payments

Stripe processing fees pass through at cost. SMS and email are billed monthly at provider cost plus a small overhead disclosed on your invoice.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We will provide a complete export of your salon's data within 30 days of termination on request.
