This is a placeholder privacy policy. Bettertime will replace it with a full, attorney-reviewed policy before any production launch. The intent below describes our data handling.

What we collect

• Salon-provided data: business, locations, staff, services, schedules.
• Client-provided data: name, contact information, appointment notes you choose to record.
• Operational data: appointment history, payment records, communication preferences.

How we use it

Strictly to operate the Bettertime service for the salon that recorded the data. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties beyond the processors required to run the service (Stripe for payments, the SMS provider you select, the email provider you select).

Your controls

Salon owners can export, correct, or delete client records on request via privacy@bettertime.co. Communication preferences (SMS / email opt-in) are honored across every send path.
